Anderson’s enrichment programs are a signature part of the experience — before school, after school, and on weekends. Here’s an overview; registration details are shared with enrolled families.
Chess @ Anderson
Nationally recognized scholastic program, from first-time players to competitive tournament teams. Weekly instruction before school plus optional weekend tournaments, run with the NY Scholastic Chess Club.
Arts & Athletics Afterschool
Our elementary afterschool provider. A rotating menu of classes — visual arts, dance, coding, soccer, cooking and more — held right in the building, Monday through Friday until 6pm. Registration opens each season by trimester.
Middle School Sports
Our middle-school afterschool program, run with Manhattan Youth — sports plus clubs, homework help, and enrichment. Separate from the K–5 Arts & Athletics program above.
