Teacher Gift Fund
The PTA gives appreciation gifts twice a year, in December and June, on behalf of our families to express our gratitude to Anderson teachers and staff. Please keep in mind that NYCPS (formerly known as the DOE) prohibits giving any gift valued more than $5 directly to your child’s teacher, so contributing to the Teacher Gift Fund is the best and most direct way to show your appreciation for your child’s teacher. The suggested donation is $65 per child per year, but any amount is appreciated. The ask of $65/child/year assumes 100% participation (so please give less/more as you are able).
